Documenting my journey through technology

This is more or less a test post to try out the editor here on ghost. I have been looking for some time to get started on creating a blog to document my learning, shortcomings, and learning moments in IT. Having a way to help other people who might be working or on similar topics and a reference to things I have already done could be beneficial to myself and others. In doing so, I should be able to hone my documentation skills and be able to communicate more effectively as well as possibly help others. This is a big step out of my comfort zone to publish something like this publicly. Honestly though how could we ever grow or learn if we don't step into the unknown a bit. I plan to develop my own site and host it somewhere and document that whole learning process as well. If you find yourself here thank you taking the time. Let's get this journey started.
